OK, so this one is hilarious. I think that everything is in the name of the machine. The Wrongulator. As you may have guessed by now, it computes … well, wrong. At first glance, it is an unmarked desktop calculator. Ideal for a prank. Unfortunately, I do not know a lot of people using such a calculator these days. I do so, but these are an HP-16C and an HP-15C. Not really the same caliber.
Anyway, the Wrongulator uses a pretty simple algorithm to wrongulate. I will let you guess – but I am pretty sure you already got it (check out the videos for help, and the title of this post as a strong hint). The build of the device is simple and likely very cheap to produce. I never saw through the circuit board printed on a paper sheet. The ink used almost felt like an unbaked toner (but it doesn’t smear under the fingers).
