Air Disasters is an interesting TV (Smithsonian Channel) show reviewing aerial catastrophes walking you thru the investigation and deduction of transportation safety organizations. Although the enactments used to illustrate each episode is not always irreproachable, they make the point. In the episode dedicated to the US Air flight 1016 disaster, we can spot some source code. By looking closely, one can recognize the Linux kernel group.c file. Not related at all, but original enough in comparison to the usual dumps of some UNIX commands.
Truth about flight is finally revealed: Lift doesn’t come from airfoils, but is acquired by calling malloc()! 😉
