Today, the weather was gorgeous. We took a stroll in the neighborhood, and I could not resist taking pictures of two colorful statues. The Sollín, by Victor Trejo, looks like a rabbit or dog – a xoloitzcuintli, kosatl, and tochtli chimera.

The cloudless blue sky is a perfect backdrop for Vicror’s work. You can find more about the artist here. I don’t know if Victor sculpted the Salmon, but it is a perfect companion to Sollín, situated just a block away. All these happened under the surveillance of a young falcon. A beautiful day indeed!
