I have a 42-year-old InData DAI, and I absolutely love it. My parents gifted me this model while we were living in France. I previously shared my thoughts about it and its direct competitor from England, the BBC, in a post you can find here. Additionally, there are a couple of earlier posts about this fantastic system here and here.

A few days ago, I came across an excellent YouTube video from Generation Micros featuring my beloved DAI. If you speak French or can use translation tools, you should set aside 30 minutes to learn about its amazing graphics capabilities. One thing to note: while Laurent and Francois tend to downplay the DAI’s audio capabilities, I believe it delivers very strong audio performance. I remember writing a sequencer for it (Music Maker to compete in the magazine Science & Vie Micro). Nevertheless, it’s a fantastic video, so thank you for sharing it!
