Today I scored a C16 in the Portland (OR) Retro-Gamer Expo 2016. It was really looking good and was dirt cheap. Released 32 years ago (1984), the C16 is very similar to the Vic20 or the C64, except for its anthracite shell. And the fact that it was a commercial flop compared to these models. The specs are classic: 6502-compatible CPU, 16 KB of RAM and a BASIC v3.5 in 32 KB of ROM. A whopping 320×200 pixels high-resolution graphics. I have the power supply as well as the cassette recorder, so I think that I will have some fun with this puppy during the next holidays!
